Interesting Product
I ordered this product after seeing it presented and recommended in a YouTube video. I like that it can be mixed with any liquid and consumed. I tried putting a scoop in a very large mug of coffee but I could still taste it and it tasted like powdered celery. I like celery but not in coffee. I came up with the idea to get some V8 vegetable juice and put a scoop in a glass of it each morning. This did the trick. Since the V8 already has and tastes like celery this just enhances the flavor. I have only been drinking it a few days so I’ve not formed an opinion on it’s affectiveness yet but expect to be pleased with it.

I drink this in my smoothies AND i use it as a leave-in conditioner for my 4c hair. It works very well. I have been having very vivid recall of all my dreams since taking this pretty much daily. I also get distracted a lot when doing work, but I have been able to focus a lot more, but that could just be me saying this works. Also, my hair has significantly grown since I have been using this. My hair is thicker, softer, and I am finally gaining some inches! I have no split ends and my hair is just thriving. I use this as a leave-in conditioner once a month and I use it in my smoothies daily.

Severe diarrhea
I got what seemed like some samonella poisoning from this product I put it aside for a few days and try it again and the same thing happened I would not take internally. I called company and was given a refund without asking for the product backI ordered a more expensive from Banyan Botanicals and had no problems. I take half a teaspoon twice daily.
