I finally found ‘THE ONE’!
This is by far one of the best sunscreens I have ever used!!! I cannot recommend this product enough. It is so lovely that I have even replaced my face moisturizer with this! It feels like a whipped butter consistency (in the best way). It is incredibly smoothing, light, soft, and blurring. There is no harsh rubbing process needed. It glides on smoothly and leaves no white cast. I very much value and prioritize chemical-free, 100% mineral formulas, and I have yet to find one so incredible!!!

Recommend for oily/combo skin
This sunscreen is amazing! It is the first facial sunscreen that has not broken me out or made my eyes burn. Bonus, it has zinc oxide which is dermatologist recommended to prevent skin cancer. I have fair-light skin, and a history of acne, and this sunscreen gives me the protection I need while not breaking me out which is wonderful! Of course it has a slight white hue – that is the zinc. It is what it is! Sunscreen that does not give a white hue does not have the recommended amount of zinc and probably is not the best to use for protection. I’ve seen reviews talking about about it doesn’t absorb into the skin and sits on top – that’s what mineral (aka physical) sunscreens do! If you want sunscreen that doesn’t sit on top of the skin, then you will need to buy a chemical sunscreen.It has a matte texture, too, so it is great for oily or combo skin types. If you have dry skin, I wouldn’t recommend this or any product that clearly states it is matte… just read the label and address your own skin type, dont blindly buy sunscreen or any face product.Oh, on top of it not breaking me out, it goes on nice a smooth and does have a blurring effect which is great if you’re concerned about textured skin or fine lines. It also wears very nicely underneath my foundation, almost like a primer. That is probably the dimethicone so just be aware of that should you have any need or desire to avoid silicones.I’ve been getting a lot of compliments lately on my skin, and the only thing I’ve changed is using this sunscreen. I am just so glad to have found a quality sunscreen that does not make my face break out and like an oil slick.

Better than many alternatives
If you’re stuck using mineral sunscreens because you’re allergic/have reactions to regular ones, you know that they come with several downsides: they tend to be hard to spread on your skin (like glue), they leave your skin looking white, and they’re expensive. Having tried A LOT of these sunscreens, this is one of the two I now buy regularly. I would say it does MUCH better than most as far as ease of spreading it. It’s very smooth, like a regular sunscreen, without being runny. That’s really helpful. It also does better in terms of the white cast–it’s much less visible. That said, like other mineral sunscreens, the stuff sits on your skin (it’s never really absorbed), so you’ll leave white stains on anything your skin touches (your house, your car, your dog…). If I put this on before getting in the car, I first put towels all over the seat and armrest to try to minimize the problem, but there will still be stains here and there (which you can generally wipe off). It’s also hard to wash off–I had to buy an “exfoliating” washcloth to remove the stuff when I shower in the evening (it won’t really come off otherwise). This is not a cheap sunscreen, but it’s cheaper than the other one I buy; all the cheaper ones I tried ended up in the cemetery because they were just awful. So, there you have it. It’s a sad state of affairs with these sunscreens; I’m increasingly wearing long pants and long sleeves even in the heat just to avoid putting goop all over myself. We need someone to invent a better and more affordable product!

My new go-to
Love it. I went to Universal Studios last weekend and the sun was blazing. I wore this and reapplied every 2 hours and I got no tan or sun damage! I was especially nervous because I have discoloration around my mouth area and I’ve been actively working on it with various products so I did not want all my hard work to go down the drain from walking in the sun for so many hours. Luckily this did just the job and my progress is still in tact! This will definitely be my go to. Oh yeah, and it’s so silky to put on and no white cast which is important for me as I am a dark skin woman, and some sunscreens look very ashy on my skin

Die Sonnencreme enthält relativ viel Silikon und fühlt sich damit eher wie ein Primer an. Wenn man also noch zu Make-up greift, ist das ein super Produkt. Die Pigmente in der Sonnencreme sind nur dafür da Weißeln auszugleichen, haben aber keine sichtbare Abdeckung. Das Finish ist seidig, nicht matt, aber auch nicht glänzend.

I’m looking for a physical sunscreen during pregnancy that’s high in SPF, easy to spread and suitable for oily skin in hot weather, and this is the one! Skin tone looks beautiful when wearing it! No white cast but slightly brighten up compared to tinted spf, really like it.
