Bought these because I’m sick of horse-pills. I take a ton of supplements and am starting to get VERY picky about the size of each one I take. These are nice and small: about the size of my baby finger-nail. That’s nice and small for me. And the product seems to be effective used with other neuropathy supplements. I’ve never found a turmeric/curcumin product smaller than a large capsule so I’m grateful for this brand! Am looking for other supplements in this brand.

Eases inflammation in my joints after my workout.I take one pill at 8 pm for about seven days in a row. No stiffness the next morning after workout.

Smaller pills but only fills one third of bottle
The good news is they are smaller & easier to swallow but like others have complained, you can barely see them because there’s so much cotton taking up nearly all the space in the bottle. I’ve only began taking them so can’t say whether they help my inflammation but years ago, a modified version no longer available (without the curcumin) worked great.

Seems to be working
Along with physical therapy, I’ve been using this supplement for over two years. During that time I’ve felt considerably better and more pain-free than I did previously. Is it actually helping? I can’t prove it, but it seems like it to me. The minis are easy to swallow and are not terribly expensive, so I think I’ll keep taking them.
