Calcium is essential as I have osteopenia.
I am unable to swallow the large Calcium pills. When I could swallow them the calcium tablets was upsetting my stomach.This chewable tastes good and I can still get the nutrients I need.

Best Calcium I’ve Found So Far
I’m at the age where I need to be taking calcium for bone health. Sadly this is easier said than done for those of us with sensitive stomachs or who cant swallow horse pills 3-4 times a day. This is the only supplement I’ve found so far that I can tolerate and seems to work as I do seem to feel a difference when I take them. That said, the package instructs 4 a day which by my count is under the daily recommended calcium intake. I assume there is a good reason for that but actually I dont take them that often. While these are easy to chew I find they are too sweet and still not easy to stomach – ugh, can’t imagine taking that many every day. Still the bottle goes fast and they’re not exactly cheap.

I wish I would have not only discovered this sooner in life but I wish I would have thought about it sooner or had any of the dozens of dentists ive seen through the years have the heart or knowledge to suggest this.I came up with the idea to maybe try this for my sore jaw due to TMJ. I’ve dealt with it for about 25 years. It helped. The jaw bone gets so excruciating after a night of grinding and clenching. This just helped and yes wear a night gaurd thats a given….I also have a few missing teeth and dont have implants. This helped keep the bones in my jaw stronger so the teeth dont get loose down the line.As far as people complaining about the taste.. it tastes like cocoa puffs cereal. Bottom line. No its not gross at all and those complaints regarding taste I find to be ridiculous.The reviews helped me decide on this product and they were right. Glad i bought this and will be a repeat customer.One star off because its 40 bucks. I also dont take 3 a day. Just two and find that to be plenty.

So far, so good.
I have been trying to find a way to take a calcium supplement for years. Most calcium pills are the size of horse pills, swallowing them is such an effort, i resist taking them. All the other chewables give me acid reflux, not horrible, but again, i keep avoiding them. So, I just started these the other day. Do I love them? No. Do I look forward to taking them? not at all. BUT , they are easier to take than the others AND so far, no acid reflux. At this price, I’m determined to take them. So far, so good.

This product was recommended to me by an excellent doctor for bone health. I was taking it in pill form but had trouble swallowing the pills. I just recently started taking these instead (same ingredients) and I am very pleasantly surprised. They are easy to chew, task pretty good and dissolve really well. Highly recommend.
