Worked but got heartburn
I took it about an hour before bedtime. It did make me sleepy. It also gave me heartburn. I tried eating a bite of protein after taking it. Wondering if anyone had this same problem. Might have to try taking it a couple of hours before.

Gave me vertigo:(
I struggle with waking up in the middle of the night so I wanted to try this. It did seem to help some but after a few weeks I started getting vertigo. The B6 and Holy Basil to help with hormones apparently can cause vertigo, this happened to my daughter also.
