What a treat.
Wow! I was reading a book that recommended this for sleep. I was hoping to find something i could take daily (thats why the 4 stars) and while this is not that, it was a treat to actually get some quality sleep. My Fitbit score is usually in the mid/high 70s- to low 80s…… Last night i broke the 90s for the first time in months….. I slept almost 9 hours, woke up once for bathroom, had a sexy dream, AND my neck/ shoulders feel like I had a massage ( very relaxed). It says to take 3, I took one but im very sensitive to meds. I would definitely recommend for when you have the time to get a solid 9-10 and want an actual recharge.
