I always find it hard to write a review for something I am using as a staple, something I have used before and will order again. I assume most other people reading these reviews have also used the product before, so there isn’t much I can add. It serves the purpose intended, product quality is good, it was timely. If you’re not sure if you need it, talk to your doctor; that’s not for me to recommend.

Effective and Easy to Use, but Pricey
I’ve been using Metamucil capsules for a while now, and I find them much easier to swallow compared to the powder form mixed with water. The capsules work well for improving digestive health and help with controlling cholesterol. Just make sure to drink plenty of water when taking them. My only complaint is that I wish the price was a bit more affordable.

This 3-in-1 psyllium husk powder really lives up to its promise: it supports regularity, helps curb appetite between meals, and contributes to overall gut health.One of the biggest benefits I’ve experienced is improved consistency and regularity—within just a few days of taking it daily, I felt lighter, less bloated, and more “in rhythm.” It’s also great knowing that it helps support heart health by lowering cholesterol, which makes it more than just a basic fiber supplement.That said, there are a couple of small things that keep this from being a full 5-star product:1. Texture and mixing – Even when stirred thoroughly, the powder tends to thicken quickly and can become a bit gelatinous if you don’t drink it immediately. It’s not awful, but the texture might be off-putting for some, especially if you’re new to fiber drinks.2. Taste – I tried the orange flavor, which is decent and not too sweet, but there is still a slightly artificial aftertaste. Love these!! I cannot stomach the taste of the powder or the gummies. They keep me regular and help keep my appetite at bay. Sometimes I bored eat and I started noticing. Great price and great quantity.

Tried this for the first time recently because I have slightly raised cholesterol and don’t tolerate statins. Too early to tell if it’s doing any good but Proctor and Gamble are a trusted brand. However absolutely shocked by the price increase from £36.99 in January to £55 now so may try a cheaper brand.I started on a low dose but recommended dose for cholesterol lowering is 5 capsules up to 4 times a day so one jar every 15 days…£110 a month!!!!

I tried these as I wanted to be mindful of sugars and cholesterol and I probably don’t have a high enough fibre intake but after starting using them I realised that it makes things very regular in a gentle, natural way, as such 🙂 I’ve found that these American ones don’t have the “repeat” factor that the Australian ones do so I’ll buy these in future. I only take 2 a day so this pack will last a while.
