It’s my new go-to multi
This multi is my new go-to multivitamin. I’m ok with the fact it doesn’t have iron, I use cast iron skillets and get iron through other sources. This is a high quality, well rounded, multi. I really like that this is Methylated and has many chelated minerals. Basically, better bioavailability and absorption. That’s a win! It also doesn’t smell terrible or have any bad aftertaste like some vitamins.

Amazing product, I’ve taken vitamins over the years and this is one that I have noticed a lot of benefits with little drawbacks. I would give it 5 stars, BUT, these are the hardest pills to swallow that I have ever taken. I’m not sure if its the texture or the size. Also, I am not someone that has struggled to swallow pills or anything similar. I prefer taking these in the morning with breakfast, so maybe the timing has something to do with it. I will most likely buy a similar product with different capsules.
