Great product with a great price!
Years ago, I was told about the importance of adding B-complex to my daily routine. At first, I didn’t listen to the advice, but then I tried it consistently for a week. I noticed the benefits immediately. My biggest struggle though was to find a quality B-complex that worked and was affordable. This B-complex checks off all the good boxes of what I was looking for. It’s small enough to swallow. It only has that slight vitamin smell, and I have noticed no ill affect from taking it. In the past some B-complex that I took would cause me to burp up that vitamin Smell and taste. I have not experienced that with this brand. I am pleased with it and have added it to my subscriptions that come automatically.

These capsules are smaller than most. There is just a hint of a B vitamins smell. Quality seems good, no side effects. Energy levels up by taking the methylated version of B vitamins.

I got this because my doctor said it enters the system faster to get my very low B levels raised to a normal level. I’ve been taking it for a few days and I’d have to say I have severe anxiety and it didn’t give me anxiety unless I thought about it if that makes sense. It gives me a really big boost of energy and if I think too much on that it gives me anxiety but the vitamin itself doesn’t give me anxiety. I will say the smell of it is earthy as it says it is but it will also make your pee smell like it lol. I like it, id definitely recommend it to the people looking for something like this. But definitely take it in the morning with food

All the Best FORMs of B Vitamins
I did a lot of research before I bought this B Complex. Many years ago I threw away my cheap B Complex, because it had Folic Acid (instead of Folate), it had Cyano-Cobalamin instead of MethylCobalamin, and it had Nicotinic Acid instead of Nicotinamide. Just found out I have the MTHFR gene defect, so I searched high and low for what I consider to be the best B-Complex I have found, so far. This one also has the best form of B6 — the Pyrodixal 5′-Phosphate — from Animal sources instead of Plants. B12, B9, and B6 — all 3 work together — if any one of them is deficient, your brain and nervous system will never be right.

Choline for your BRAIN ALWAYS smells like SULPHUR!!
I have the strongest sense of smell which makes me quite particular and yet I detect a hint of the choline which smells like sulfur but it’s not off putting whatsoever and I’m shocked so many people are freaking out about it.Dah !! Pick your poison if you want choline added to your B complex which is the first time I’ve ever seen any company do it Choline is excellent for your brain health.I have the MTHFR mutation and Iknew I had it 6 years before ever had the genetic test I just knew so I’ve been taking methylated B complex for years and this is the most excited I’ve ever been about anew B complex supplement!!It has Vit E, inositol, choline, in addition to the regular B complex ingredients plus it has higher amounts of most such as biotin, etc.Additionally, it’s the RIBOFLAVIN that turns your pee yellow & I’m ok with yellow pee as RIBOFLAVIN great for Migraine Prevention which is common to those with MTHFR.❤️
