Good supplement
My doctor told me to get this to help heal my fractured collarbone. We shall see! The added k+ is supposed to direct the calcium to the bones and the vitamin D is supposed to improve absorption of the calcium. Could not find it in stores. They go down pretty easily but the package feels like it is a bag of stones! 🤞

Should be helping me though I can’t tell till blood tests return.I like the bag and easy way to get my vitamins. The quality seems really good, plus easy to swallow with them being a nice size .

Easy to Swallow
The pills are easy to swallow. I don’t get an upset stomach from taking them but I do take the recommend dosage (2 pills per day) with food. I take one pill after breakfast and one pill after dinner. I’ve read that it is best to split the dosage during the day. I haven’t had any issues with constipation but I also drink a full glass of water.I like the added benefits of D3 and boron.

Serving size is two but I can only take one because it will constipate me. I take one at night before I go to sleep.

Easy to swallow smaller sized calcium plus vitamin d3, K2, and boron tablets with a seam split to cut pills in half. Being able to cut the pills in half gives more availability for taking the product if you have a hard time swallowing pills. There is little to no taste with this product, nor does any burping or belching occur after taking it, so you aren’t feeling any leftover discomfort.
