What can one day about melatonin?I’ve tried several brands. A melatonin connoisseur one could say. This brand works exceptionally well, pleasant taste and easy to take. 1 take 2 tabs and not only fall asleep within 20 min, but stay asleep most times. I will continue to use this brand.

This is a good product to take if you just need a little help sleeping. It never gives you a headache and there are no next morning hangovers. I’ve been taking it for years and never had any problems.

Do not work.I have been taking Melatonin for a while and thought to change brands to see if I was still getting the most benefit from it. I tried this brand. Garbage. I normally need 10mg of my now staying brand. I went up to 60mg of this product and am feeling nothing while writing this. I’m upset I waited so long to say something because I can’t return them now. DO NOT BUY
