Wonderful product
So far it has helped my hair stop falling out as much. There is no taste. I have found it very effective for the hair loss and helping bladder urges. I haven’t noticed a change in energy levels. I am taking this to help aid in hair growth. I am using it with other product a. it suggest 3 capsule per day and you get 300 capsules total so a good value for your money. The capsule are medium size but it goes down easy. I will continue using this though I think it will take time to see result. the ingredients listed on the label are appears clean as describe on the seller and I recommend.

Trying out for PCOS symptoms relief.They’re way to use and swallow. I feel the ingredients are clean. They have a taste but it’s not bad at all. zero side effects. I have not noticed any difference in energy levels with this but I haven’t taken them without a B12 & B-complex so I wouldn’t know. They are better priced on Prime than the vitamin stores.
