So far, I’ve been really impressed.Each serving packs a strong 4200mg of fish oil with 1200mg EPA and 900mg DHA, which is higher than most brands I’ve come across at this price point. The capsules themselves are smooth, easy to swallow, and don’t stick together in the bottle. No fishy taste is a plus, but HUGE
These pills are gigantic!!! The dose is 3 pills at a time. If it wasn’t for the fact that I choked on them, I may would’ve given 5 stars. I’ve been taking them for about 2 weeks now, any bathroom visits have become more stable. 🙃 I have diverticulitis, so that is a definite plus for me. As of skin and hair, we will see. The coating does actually work, because with other supplements, you can most certainly tastes fish everytime you burp, but not with these. All in all a good supplement, just wish you didn’t have to swallow a horse. LOL

I have to say I’ve run a lot of different omega 3s ranging from cheap to extremely expensive and this is the best one I’ve found in a long time . I run 6 pills ( 8 grams ) a day and never issues with fish burps and that’s normally a tell tale if it’s rancid or not. Purchased this for my parents and will be sticking with this brand from now on.

I started taking this triple strength fish oil recently, and it’s been a really solid addition to my routine. Not Fishy!!
These are actually a bit bigger than the picture. I can’t taste any hint of lemon– but I also don’t taste any fishiness either which I think that is a win!! I have been taking them for a while now, and I think it does actually help my cognitive abilities. So I think the quality and effectiveness is worth it, and it is because of their health benefits that I take them!! I take 4 a day due to my doctor’s recommendation, so I go through them pretty quickly. (Please, check with your doctor for the dosage you should take.) They are very smooth. This is an odd comment, but they have a “matte” finish. I haven’t been able to figure out if it is the finish or the little bit larger size that makes me need a bit more water to swallow them, but I take them daily so it’s not a problem!!
