To get my Vitamin D3 levels right without overdoing it, I have been taking one a day. My D levels are still increasing , I test about every 40-50 days. I will probably need to ease back to 1 every two days at some point. If you are taking Vitamin D , you need to take regular blood tests , if you over do it, the consequences can be catastrophic for some people, everyone is different, I most likely need about 1000-5000 IU a day while I am overweight(need to lose weight due to medical condition) some people can take 50,000 a day

The description says 500 softgels with 5000IU each, but I received 300 softgels with 10000IU each. So, what is it? The instructions say “take one daily”, which is definitely too much for everyone. People might overdose on this product. Overall, the product and the company that manufactured it seem very dodgy. There is no way that I am taking these suspicious pills.Be careful people
