Amazing stress relief
I keep one of these in my car and one in my bag at all times. They are really great for stress, relief and calm. I experience anxiety and try to use breath work to curb my anxiety and these have been a great addition to that breath work. The smell is delightful and not overwhelming. I would definitely recommend these for anyone to have in their car or desk or even on your night table. I typically take two big breaths one in each nostril. I feel calm almost immediately. Highly recommend.

Game changer!
I keep on of these in my car and one in my desk at work. It is quite literally a breath of fresh air. I usually take 3 deep breaths on each side (my yoga teacher told me about this product!) and I feel very calm. The scent is not overwhelming, it’s perfectly balanced and I love the soft hint of vanilla. These are great for long car rides with the kids or when I have a hard day at work. Very soothing, would highly recommend to anyone who needs a little calm in their life.

Strong scent. Doesn’t help
Very disappointed in this product. I hoped it would give some relief from anxiety but it didn’t. The lavender scent is too strong for me. The tube you inhale from is quite small and as I inhale I take in a lot of air which lessens the effect of the ingredients. So I’m still taking anti anxiety meds while looking for a treatment that works for me

The smell isn’t what I expected
I wasn’t expecting it to smell like that, BUT I’m giving it a chance. Who says all weird smells are bad? I take it out everytime I need help with my anxiety and I think it helps some? I do other things too, to help my anxiety, but smelling things can be helpful too. I thought I’d smell more lavender, since it was first on the list, but I don’t smell it at all. Be open to it and give it a try, while remembering that the smell may not be what you think. I also love the 2 pack, so I can keep one on my bedstand and one in my purse. While the smell shocked me, I’m trying not to judge a product by it’s smell…

Clear nose for Cpap sleep
I use these at night to clear my nose right before putting on my cpap mask. Makes my nose so clear and very refreshing smell.

Peppermint is great, inhaler not so much -I’ll keep trying
I get visual migraines and learning peppermint is helpful in relieving symptoms I couldn’t be happier. I don’t know if I’m doing something wrong or what but I haven’t gotten any benefit from the nasal inhaler. Yet.

These have a little bit of a lavender scent when you inhale, and it really does seem to calm me a little, so as for now, I would recommend them to anyone who deals with every day stress.
