I have always suffered from severe constipation due to a lazy gut. I took two of these on the weekends when I do not have to go to work.Other colon cleansers give painful and severe stomach cramps in order to produce limited results. Also, when you do go, there is much strain to expel.This product comes with no pain, but it delivers. There is no strain to expel; it just happens.With the other products, the discomfort will force you to run to the bathroom, but once there, there is hardly any result.On the other hand, this product will comfortably wait until you are ready to unload and then act. You will hardly find yourself having to run to the bathroom, but you will know that you need to go because your bowels are full.Unlike other colonics, it does not push the waste down to the anus; it keeps it in the bowels, to prevent against accidents.However, when you reach the bathroom and decide to unload, it all comes out.It is maybe the best product I’ve seen for emptying the bowels. Whatever has been there for months or years is cleaned out.My friend who introduced it to me has shown weight loss. I have not so far after two months of use, but I will continue purchasing this because even without the weight loss, it’s a winner.

I tried the Mila MiAmor 15 Day Cleanse and was really impressed with the results. Within the first few days, I felt lighter, less bloated, and had more energy. The capsules are easy to swallow, and I didn’t experience any harsh side effects. I also noticed improved digestion and overall gut comfort. I bought this because of all of the Tik Tok reviews obviously, and figured why not. My gut health has gotten so lazy, I’ve tried so many detox pills, prune juice, random lemon juice concoctions, mira lax etc lol you name it. I can honestly say these pills will flush everything out of you. The reviews stating that theres no cramping and etc has to be paid reviews! I took 2 pills from the start and it tore my tummy up! It felt like an alien was trying to escape out of my lower intestines. There was nothing lady like about the smell I left in the bathroom so give your loved ones a heads up. Unless youre an entrepreneur or work from home, theres no way that you can take this for 15 days straight and think that you can be any kind of productive at work. I tend to take it at 9pm right before bed and by 7-8am Im awakened by brutal stomach cramps. Guzzling down a bottle of water does help temporarily but then the cramps kick right back up. I regret it each and everytime that Im left glued to the toilet… I literally havr to hug myself and think of a happier place… but then I do it all over again because it DOES work. Sidebar in case any one was wondering, it softens the poo so you dont have to worry about your starfish getting mangled, thats not where the pain comes from lol. Its just the vicious cramping and gurgling in your gut, if you can tolerate it then its worth it. I can only do this on my days off. I do recommend it but try to be mindful of what youre eating if youre actually trying to flatten your belly. You’ll defeat the purpose if you go right back to eating big burgers and super sized drinks after pooping.
