We’ve been using this product for just under a month, and I’m already feeling the benefits in my knees—especially when going up and down stairs.The powder is very fine, which makes it easy to mix into my hot coffee each morning. My tip: tap the scoop in slowly and let it dissolve like an iceberg melting. If you dump the whole scoop in at once, it tends to clump and takes longer to dissolve.The taste is perfectly fine—no issues at all. In fact, I look forward to my morning cup of “Go Juice” with collagen every day.Highly recommend this product!

Great, but mix with hot drinks
I used this with both hot and cold drinks, but hot drinks are the way to go. I add this to my mint tea and it dissolves quickly. In cold drinks, it clumps up and has a hard time dissolving.Now does it work, well….I have less popping in my going and my knee feels stronger. My ankles had some pain from working out and this helped alleviate it.There isn’t much odor to it either or taste in mint tea.It is more expensive than I would like compared to other brands, but I think it’s worth it.

Clean compared to more popular brands
Compared to most other collagen protein powders (including the most well-known ones) tested for safety in terms of metals etc. (search online for the comparison), this was one that passed and is unflavored.Powder is very fine which is nice for mixing in, but it can still clump up if you don’t pay attention to how you add it in your drink. Also, the fine powder can float everywhere if you aren’t careful.I don’t use it regularly enough to report on any difference, but I’m happy with it and would purchase again knowing this is clean!

I love this product! I used vital proteins for probably 3 years straight every day and I would say I didn’t see much of any difference at all. This product I’ve used for about a month and my nails are growing so fast which never happens. I originally bought this specific collagen because I’m trying to heal my knee pain and over the last month things have improved. Not completely but it’s not as bad as it used to be. The cons: extremely expensive compared to other collagens, absolutely horrid taste and smell. It makes me gag and I dread drinking it but I try to get it down fast for the benefits. I read somewhere that collagen breaks down faster in warm water so to use it in cold water which is what I do. Perhaps it doesn’t smell or taste so bad in hot liquids but for cold I almost throw up every time I drink it.

Great product it worked for me right away to ease my knee pain I’m not a doctor. I recently twisted my knee awkwardly and wore my brace for a couple weeks which helped but still had that nagging pain I’m a caregiver and need to go up and down stairs all day so decided to purchase this product after seeing the good reviews. It works very well. I put it in my morning coffee.
