Amazing! Glad I found these
I’m really impressed with how fast this worked for me. I have Pcos. I suffer from hormonal acne, oily skin, hair growing on my neck and chest, irregular periods, the list goes on. So far with a week of taking these daily ( 2 in am & 2 at night ) I noticed a significant difference in my skin, no new acne flare ups, no new ingrown hairs. So far so good! Will be purchasing again.

I don’t have a problem taking these or other larger capsules, but some may -these aren’t the very largest I’ve taken , but since instructions say to take 4 at once, those who do shy away from large capsules may not find these a fit for them. Inositol does have many benefits for different organs in males and females but this blend specifically is marketing for women. Only began taking them recently but am optimistic after learning more about Inositol

good value Inositol supplement – 4 pills daily
I like this supplement, I’ve never taken Inositol and this has 2 different forms of Inositol in it, both are helping with hormones and balance. I would recommend to take alpha lipoic acid in conjunction with this supplement, as a few studies prove this combination to be very useful for women! I’m noticing some differences in how I feel, but I’m not sure if I can attribute all of it to this supplement. Each bottle contains 120 capsules, which is a 30 day supply – a good value! The capsules don’t smell and have no weird taste. However I find taking 4 capsules at the same time very tedious…. I would prefer this in another form like a liquid/tincture or maybe gummies! At least the pills are a reasonable size and easy to swallow. I think these are a good value, but I will try Inositol in powder form next to see if the taste is do-able for me….. I would prefer powder in liquid or a smoothie, rather than taking 4 pills. But that’s just personal preference!

I’ve used inositol powder for years to help support my mood and cognitive function. Using powder has been the economical choice, but I would prefer capsules. I’ve been wanting to try Myo and D-Chiro Inositol after my naturopath suggested a Myo-Inositol and D-Chiro Inositol for hormone and insulin level support. Myo-Inositol and D-Chiro Inositol are said to be similar to each other but have different roles in supporting insulin levels in the body. Myo-inositol is said to help the body’s use of glucose and support insulin sensitivity, while D-Chiro Inositol is said to be involved in glycogen synthesis and storage. Together, these are said to work synergistically to support mood, insulin levels, female health, etc.This Myo and D-Chiro Inositol 3 pack with 120 capsules in each bottle, was the perfect find for me. The quantity, quality and price point of this supplement is absolutely fantastic. I’m never going back to powder. The ratio of Myo and D-Chiro Inositol is ideal, it’s one serving of 4 tiny little capsules that are very easy to take. Since I’ve been taking inositol for years, I’m aware of how it helps to support my cognitive and mood. I can notice the calmness and clarity subtly and it’s something that supports my mental energy throughout the day.This Myo-Inositol and D-Chiro Inositol supplement is powerful yet gentle. It’s honestly been a godsend for me. And, I’m never going back to plain inositol powder after trying these capsules. Inositol Supplement for Women: $19.88 for a 30-day supplyMy wife and I have been on a supplement quest lately. This is one that I ordered for her, so this review comes from her perspective.*What I liked*:Comparing the cost of other Intal supplements on Amazon, this one is a great value. It was almost 35% lower than the next lowest option.You do have to take four pills per day to get your daily dose, but they’re just cellulose vegetable capsules so they’re easy to take with water.*What I didn’t like*:This isn’t really necessarily a negative, but my wife hasn’t noticed a big difference yet. I think that’ll come with time though. She’s only been taking them for a couple of weeks.*The Bottom Line:*If you’re looking for this specific supplement (Inositol) This is an outstanding value. The quality seems to be great, the price is the lowest by far of the other options available on Amazon, and they’re relatively easy to take with water. The jury is still out on their effectiveness though, as my wife hasn’t noticed a serious difference. But we’re going to issue these a provisional five stars out of five. If she decides she doesn’t like them for some reason, I’ll come back and update this review. As it is though, we would totally order these over again

Estoy con duda si el producto es verídico ya que la etiqueta no viene bien pegada y con muchas burbujas, y sobre todo por que en la etiqueta solo viene un código de barras y en la que yo tenía con anterioridad viene con dos códigos y casi todos los productos de esa marca vienen dos, anexo foto de las cápsulas de omega por qué no tengo a la mano las de inositol pero así viene
