I have PCOS and usually do not have any periods unless my doctor gives me medicine to induce one. I took this supplement along with the peach perfect multivitamins and together they started my period within two weeks. I’ve been taking the peach perfect vitamins for about a year now and haven’t had any success with started my period until I added in this product to my daily routine. It dissolves perfectly into any beverage and has no taste. I usually mix mine in with my protein shake each morning!

Today is my first day taking this inositol supplement, and I wanted to share my experience so far in case it helps someone in a similar situation. I’m currently taking metformin and levothyroxine, and so far, no side effects or weird interactions — which I was a little nervous about.I’ve been hearing so much about inositol helping with hormonal balance, insulin resistance, cravings, and even mood support, so I decided to try it out. This stuff works! I bought the powder version, and it’s tasteless. It dissolves easily in whatever you’re drinking – one small scoop is all you need. Super Easy.I started taking this on Sunday & I got my period Tuesday. Normally I’m a week or so late. I will admit a slight headache on day one but it was minimal. I’m giving it 3 starts because I’ve only been on it for 7 days to be exact! I take it at night around the same time every day. This morning I got my cycle that I haven’t seen in about 2-3 months I believe. My skin is clearing up nicely and I can say my sleep is getting better.I get these pesky long hairs on my face only a few (THANK GOD) so I wanted to give this a try and get my PCOS under control for that and weight gain. You never get rid of PCOS, even though I had a full hysterectomy. I get discomfort and vaginally cyst. It still in the blood stream. This is the best thing I have ever taken this powder. After going off the birth control pill a couple of years ago, I struggled, keeping my skin clear due to my PCOS despite taking Spiro and Metformin. I tried a similar supplement, but my skin was still looking terrible and it was twice the price.
