After doing much research on the different inositol ratios and formulations available, I decided to give this product a try.The supplement contains a 40:1 ratio of myo-inositol to D-chiro inositol, with each serving providing 2000mg of myo-inositol and 50mg of D-chiro inositol. This ratio is often recommended by healthcare professionals for supporting hormonal balance and fertility in women with PCOS.I’ve been taking the supplement consistently for about 3 months now and I have noticed some positive changes. My periods have become more regular and I’ve experienced a decrease in cystic acne and hirsutism symptoms like excess hair growth. Emotionally I feel more balanced and stable as well.The unflavored powder is easy to mix with water or other beverages. It does have a slightly sweet taste but it’s not unpleasant. The 13 ounce tub provides a 90 day supply when used as directed, which makes it quite cost-effective in my opinion.I’m really pleased with the results I’ve gotten so far from this supplement. Of course everyone is different and may respond uniquely, but for me this inositol blend seems to be helping improve my PCOS symptoms and general health. I would definitely recommend trying this product for any woman struggling with PCOS who hasn’t found adequate relief from other supplements.The only potential drawback I can think of is that inositol can sometimes have a laxative effect, especially at higher doses.
