I find it makes me a bit jittery, (could just be me) I’m taking to hopefully improve my cholesterol numbers, & my MD approved it prior to me ordering. So I’ve reduced my intake to 3x/week & It’s working well so far. I will adjust up with continued use hopefully to 1x/day. thank so much

Does what it claims
I’ve been taking this daily for a month and my cholesterol levels are normal. They have been very high for years even when taking statins. I experienced side effects with the statins. I have no side effects with the bergamot. I’m sticking with the bergamot.
