I have been taking Bone Health for years now and I cannot recommend it enough. I have less joint pain, bones are stronger, less squeaky knees as well. Pricey but well worth it.

Some of the reviews are concerning in that they dont know what they are buying or why, exactly, and then rate negatively for it. Take note of the reviews mentioning their bones as this is what this product is really geared for. Just looking for a more basic collagen product? probably want to look elsewhere.Might seem like a lower amount than some collagen products (7.5 grams combined versus some that are 11-20 grams per serving), but this is clinically proven and these amounts are considered the “sweet spot” for effectiveness.Unlike many collagen peptide products out there, this product uses FORTIBONE and VERISOL, two specialized peptide products that are registered products from GELITA(please look them up; loaded with info). Science backed, clinically proven. There arent EXTRA ingredients that arent listed., it is just a different, better form of the collogen peptide.So why are you choosing a product with Verisol AND fortibone? Just looking for skin and hair health? Go with something that just uses Verisol. Have BONE matrix concerns? then use something with Fortibone, like this. Dont need any help with bone mass density? Then skip this and find something else (that will likely be way less expensive). Take note that the ever-popular Vital Proteins uses VERISOL. But that focuses on skin, hair, nails (beauty focuses). Got tendon/ligament issues? look for Fortiforte. Joint situation? Fortigel.Various companies use Fortibone, Verisol, Fortigel, Tendoforte, etc.. all just peptides, but bioactive for enhanced absorption and targeted..therapy of the sort. SO NO, not all collagen products are the same. But no matter what, be sure it says collagen peptides (ie hydrolyzed collagen) as that means it is broken down into an easily digestible form.I have to say it: CONTAINERS ARE FILLED BASED ON WEIGHT NOT VOLUME. Stop saying that you are being scammed if you have a half full container (or less). Dump it out and weigh it. That is all that matters. Be sure to be mindful of how much you are filling your scoop. If even a hair over the scoop level then you may be shorting your overall amount of servings. Also, take note that it says “about 1 scoop”. Want to know for sure? weigh out 7.5 grams. There is your serving. Mine has 30 servings if I am measuring correctly.I add mine to coffee or hot cocoa. I dont taste anything. Nothing at all, but your tastebuds may be more sensitive. Mixes fine. I use a handheld battery operated frother (a must have for anyone who mixes powders into liquid. Simple, cheap, takes up nearly no space, works wonders).Why do I use it? Because I am on cusp of 50, and I want to shore up my bone density. I have NOT had any scans or whatever, but since I already use collagen for general health and beauty, I figured I would go for a more targeted collagen product. I had learned of Gelita, and that is when I learned that they dont have products but their science backed product is used in various brands, hence “proprietary”. The more forms used in a product the more expensive it is. I was interested in maintaining the verisol, and adding in a bone supporting collagen peptide. I will not be able to comment on how effective it is as bone density relies on scans which I have not gotten and wont for some time. But everyone is subject to bone loss, so I figure it can not hurt to address it now. As for Verisol form? oh yes, very good. I have wonderful skin, nails, hair.No digestive issues or other issues. Seems to be a good product
Just started the product and the good news is there is no taste to the product. I added it to my coffee and you can’t tell the difference and it dissolves easily. In doing some research this product seemed to do very well. There is enough product for 30 days at 1 spoonful daily. If the product does everything it states the value for skin health is a winner.

Size is smaller than but price has s the same.
I’ve been using this for years because it’s advertised as being such high quality. Within the last year, my shipment has gone from a 30 serving size to a 28 serving size with a smaller scoop. Looking at other similar products.
