Melatonin that works & tastes great!!
If you want to find melatonin that works, try this product. I have used others & they don’t work as well or at all & these work great. I don’t feel drowsy in the morning. Other brands like gummies are filled with so much sugar. These taste great. I feel very rested the next day. The product always comes on time & so this is so much more convenient than the store.

After trying several brands of melatonin that didn’t always deliver consistent results, i decided to try a quick dissolving tablet, and it has been a game changer.I purchased the strawberry Natrol Fast Dissolve Melatonin, 10 mg tablets, 60 count. The tablets can be chewed or dissolved in the mouth without an offensive aftertaste.Because the tablet is dissolved in the mouth, it’s much more quickly absorbed in the bloodstream, so it’s effective more rapidly than melatonin tablets indigested and absorbed by gastric enzymes.I take one tablet at bedtime, and usually within 20 mins, I’m out! If I’ve had a particularly stressful day, I’ll take two tablets and the stressful thoughts churning in my mind fade as I get a restful night’s sleep.I try to only take melatonin when my schedule allows for at least eight hours of sleep. But, even nights when I’ve taken it with less than eight hours of sleep, I’ve never experienced a hangover feeling or daytime drowsiness that occurs with some OTC sleep aids.If you suffer with insomnia or have difficulty turning off your mind at bedtime, I highly recommend the 10 mg Natrol Fast Dissolve Melatonin tablets.

Love this melatonin. If I wake up in the middle of the night, I’ll take a small chip and it helps me get back to sleep. Doesn’t stick to my teeth like gummies. The citrus tastes good, the strawberry tastes like medicine imo.

Good quality, falling asleep and staying asleep power
I purchased these because I have A LOT of trouble falling asleep even when I am very tired (racing thoughts and stress). I also have a good amount of trouble staying asleep, usually waking up 2-3x a night to pee or adjust position and go through same tough process of falling back asleep as when I first went to bed.I have now tried these 3 nights total (2 consecutive, one day off and one back on).The first night I did not notice much in the way of falling asleep (but I was talking with my wife a lot which kept my brain active). But once I fell asleep I did not wake up at all till my alarm went off in the morning. I did not wake up even to urinate, and felt fine in the morning. I did notice I was a bit more groggy than usual in the morning but that wore off within 10-15 minutes.Night two took me what I would estimate to be 10-15 minutes to fall asleep vs my regular 60+. That was a huge improvement. Again I did not wake up all night to urinate and only woke up once while shifting position but fell right back asleep. Same morning grogginess I don’t normally have but again only lasted about 10-15minutes. (Note it is just feeling a little sluggish and slow and eyes a little heavy for those 10-15minutes, but no issue waking up to my alarm)Night three I forgot to take this product before bed and had my normal issue of 45-60 minutes before falling asleep. Also got up 3x to urinate, and had major problems falling back asleep after each time. Woke up in the morning feeling tired, but not the grogginess feeling from previous nights.Night 4 I took the product again. Back to roughly same results as night 2 with a short period of time to fall sleep, no awakening for urination, and woke up in the morning with the slight grogginess. Same 10-15minutes to fully kick the groggy feeling.The supplement dissolves in your mouth at a decent speed and does not have a bad flavor, I have citrus, it is slightly chalky kind of but not bothersome. Overall taking the supplement is not too bad.Overall I rate this product as follows:Speed of shipping: 9/10Packaging quality : 9/10Taste/smell: 7/10Ease of use: 8.5/10Aid in falling asleep: 8/10Aid in staying asleep: 9/10Little to no Lingering affects next day: 7/10Overall a very good products that works very well for me and does pretty much what is advertised it does. I take 20 mg a night and I love this brand. I take it 30 min before bed and I am so tired by the time I get in bed. Works great for me! I fall right asleep within 10 min.

Why you should buy this melatonin product
I’m always really harsh on how I rate products, but I can say whole heartedly that this product is one of the best items if not the best item that helps kids and adults fall asleep and get back on the right sleep schedule. This is a product that’s only suppose to be taken at night, and no other time in the day.If your using this product to get back on regular sleep schedule I’d recommend taking it consistently for about 5 to 7 nights.
