Works as well as any melatonin I’ve ever used to help me quiet my brain and get to sleep. I like the 3mg pills, since I can stack them to get the effect that I want without worrying I took too much. And they taste good, so putting them under my tongue to get a quicker absorption is actually pleasant. No after-taste.Price is comparable to better than other brands. I like the flip top (though parents with kids might want to control this so kids don’t get into the pills. I notice a calming effect within twenty minutes and drowsiness starts to set in just afterwards – and no hangover in the morning.
