This is a great book and inspires beauty just by looking at it! There are so many wonderful recipes for the skin and easy to try and not loaded with tons of ingredients. THe book is full of great information on all the ingredients Karen suggests. If you are loving working with oils and beauty you will love this book! It is endlessly resourceful!

Simple step by step reciepes for me a beginner. And can be simply altered to your liking for example switching one oil for another oil and so on. Also breaks down what elements play a roll in your finished product like emulsifiers, preservatives when to use exc.
