Suprised how well these work.
I had been dealing with a lot of anxieties and was just having trouble keeping it together. I bought these because of the ingredients and previous reviews. I took the amount suggested and gave it a bit to kick in. I promise, these things do help cut into your anxiousness so that your body can then relax and drift to sleep. I use them from time to time when needed and have recommended them to others.

Aka…the “Chill Pill”
I purchased this blend due to the number of ingredients I know and have worked for me in the past but didn’t want to take so many different pills. I bought it for myself and gifted a few bottles to others. I notice many stated that they took the pills when feeling down and they couldn’t explain it but said that they felt like it did take the edge off. I particularly didn’t notice a big change in my sleeping but that’s because my sleep hygiene is horrible. But I like that although it has several herbs that I usually avoid because they make wake up drowsy, but didn’t in this blend, which was a plus for me. If I had to explain what the benefits are it would be that this blend isn’t going to take away your problems or make you feel happy or high, but it seems to support the levels of the chemical stress response in the body to not feel so physically overwhelming, hence takes the edge off of feelings of off negative feelings that make your body respond to such and if your smart and do other things calming and balancing things physically like going for a walk, taking deep breathes to bring your self to a state of calm, music, aroma therapy, etc…it can make the most stressful day feel a bit less hectic. As with anything you take for stress take the time to educate yourself on the ingredients regardless if it’s an herb, supplement or Rx to Understand the how’s, what’s and why’s and review with your medical practitioners possible side effects and interactions because everyone’s body is different. But I do have these on subscription as they are personally what I call the “Chill Out Pill”.

More sleeping than anxiety aid
Arrived on time, in perfect condition and as described. Been taking these for a week, and they don’t help with what I purchased them for, anxiety. I really need help with this problem. However, what I did find is it helps me somewhat with sleeping, which I also have a issue with, so 3 stars for that. So, atleast it helps with something. I’ll keep looking for something for my anxiety.

I had been having really hard time getting up and going in the morning, somedays going back to bed for most the day. I have my own business and have fallen way behind because of this. I started taking these, I took 1 a day at bedtime for the first few day and didn’t notice anything but by the second morning of taking 2 before bed, I wake up ready to go and can’t go back to bed I try. I feel energized and renewed. Now flavor to the easy to swallow capsules and a great price also.

Sadly…this did the exact opposite of what the description says. Racing thoughts and dark thoughts were so much more abundant. I know everyone reacts differently to supplements, but this is a product I will stay far, far away from.

HAPPY PILLS!
GET THESE!! Not only do they help to keep me calm during my stressful phone customer service job but they also make me feel kinda happyish, which is not easy for me. They even help me to not want to go drinking to releive stress. I am not saying they always do that but for the most part I can tolerate more when I take 2 of these. Anyway, if you are depressed they might help to pick you up, but I take them to tolerate customer service stress and they do that. They make me feel less reactive which is just what I need. Try these if you are stressed. the quality seems to be good because they specifically work. I can feel it….HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
