First night’s sleep was awesome!!
First let me say I found this product when I came to Amazon to read reviews for a similar product for a much higher priced relax um sleep. I compared ingredients and they’re the same for much less money. I don’t overpay if I can avoid it. So easy decision to try this instead.It arrived yesterday and my bf and I both took it an hour before bed. We both got a great night’s sleep. He used the recommended 2 capsules while I took just 1 (I’m sensitive to medications so I always start low & build up if needed).I remember shutting off the light around 10:30 and nothing else until I woke to go to the bathroom around 3. I went right back to sleep and slept until 6:13 I wear a Fitbit and it recorded nearly double the minutes of deep sleep and more REM sleep than I’ve had in months! Plus I woke up feeling refreshed , clear headed and in a good mood. So many sleep aids leave me groggy or cranky the next day.Nothing else I’ve used to improve sleep has hit on all the important points;*Fall asleep faster*Stay Asleep*Able to go back to sleep*Deep/REM sleep*Woke refreshedThis was just the first night’s use so I will come back and update the review for extended use after a week or two. If it continues to be this good I will recommend it to everyone I know with sleep issues. If you have trouble sleeping or issues with any of the above bullet points I recommend giving it a try.

Great Supplement!
First off i would just like to say that i was very skeptical at first as every sleep product promises the same results but unfortunately the others have let me down. This product is by far the best sleep supplement i have ever taken as it gets me to sleep quick and i wake up full of energy. I have noticed i get so much work done at my job now due to the sleep I have been getting this past week.

I’ve used endless natural sleep products in many combinations. What I love about this product is that it combines several that I was using and combines them. I sometimes refrain from taking combination formulations for fear the contents of each is minimal to fit in 2 capsules. All I can report is that this is the most consistently effective sleep aid to date. I ordered another 2 month supply as testimony to my satisfaction. Highly recommended.

Opposite effect
Too many ingredients that all appear good individually. Synergistically, they kept me either awake or only in a light sleep. I usually do not like the combo of the herb Valerian and the hormone Melatonin together. Tried this product for a couple of nights. Very disappointed and it wrecked my sleep resulting in very, very tired days. Cannot recommend.On Amazon, I recommend the garden of life brand “SLEEP WELL R&R spray” instead. It is USDA organic and non-GMO and only uses five ingredients. Four of them are flowers plus amino acid L-Theanine. Much better product!
