I use this lavender oil on my temples and under my nose when I go to bed. The smell is pure lavender. There are some essential oils that don’t really smell like lavender but this one does.

Smell wasn’t strong on any of these and didn’t seem like they did anything. My mom tried and has the same outcome. We were able to find another brand that worked better.
