Really good product that does what it states!
I need to lose 30-40 lbs and was struggling to do it. When I was younger I had no problem but as I got older it became more of a struggle. I don’t tolerate a lot of things well. I tried so many products that promised to lose weight with no side effects, boost my energy and all those promises. So I was skeptical when I read all the reviews on this product. I ordered and thought if it doesn’t work I can get a refund. This product does what it says! I started taking 1 in the morning before I ate, after a week I went to 1 in the afternoon before lunch also. No side effects, more energy, less appetite. I have already lost a few pounds, today is 10 days of taking Fat Burner for Women. I wanted something that would help me to lose the weight on a even course, not something that feels like I have consumed 50 cups of coffee. I feel great with less appetite, no problems with my sleep and consistently losing the pounds which will keep them off. It really is a good product, does what it states and is easy to take. So happy I ordered it, for me it’s perfect I would recommend it to everyone. I already have at my work!

VERY DANGEROUS!!!! STAY AWAY!
This should be banned. This pill does help at first but it was secretly doing bad in the very wrong way and with a very high price. I took this intermittently for a year at only half the dose and skipped many days but I also had plaquenil i was taking. All seemed ok at first but many of the things reported on here are true from dizziness, nausea, heart palpitations, severe insomnia and more. Unfortunately this had sent me to the hospital where one day my head “blew-up” due to a rush of cortisol at extreme levels causing extremely severe and serious ANXIETY that sent me to the ER. The question is why it did this. After doing some serious deep digging in google, I found doctor notes explaining affects of the Garcinia Cambogia that ranges from insomnia, dizziness, heart racing to the more scarier part where it causes mania that had sent others to the ER. Yes MANIA! This affects your brain! This almost killed me and took me a year to deal with the overload of anxiety that I never used to ever have. There’s more side affects where it make u feel an air of false confidence and overwork yourself and messes with ur mind and can kill you. I stopped taking it right away and had to have counseling and now I can sleep and am so much better and I’m alive! I survived this! PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH AND DIG DEEP TO FIND TRUTHS. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!

Works Even Without Much Effort!
This is the first ‘diet pill’ I’ve tried that’s helping! I was surprised to see that my old shorts that I couldn’t button, now fit – albeit a little tight. But… I’ve only been taking this now for about 10 days. And… as of yet, I haven’t started exercising or eating healthier. But these pills are giving me incentive to do both to really kick in the weight loss! The best part is they really do help with cravings.. I’m eating less at every meal without trying. Sugar cravings has mostly vanished. While I don’t have a scale, it’s apparent my stomach isn’t hanging over my pants any longer. I’m able to wear tee shirts once again that are more fitting. This early loss without effort has really been good for my motivation. Oh, and no problems sleeping either – no jitters, no side effects. I highly recommend this as a diet aide that WORKS! I was already planning on ordering another bottle, so getting the offer for a free one really helps. This product works! I can’t wait to wear that bikini again.. and I really do believe it will be possible with a little help from this awesome diet supplement!

Not as significant as I hoped; a few relevant side effects.
I’m four weeks into taking this product. I was excited to try this because I already live a healthy lifestyle–eating well, exercising regularly, sleeping enough–but my metabolism is snail-like. I rarely feel hungry and can’t eat most of the foods my family and friends enjoy. I was concerned I’d gone into “starvation mode” with consistent low-calorie intake. I’ve lost a bit of fat (I admittedly don’t weigh myself because it messes with my head) and do feel an increase in energy, but the result hasn’t been significant, as others seem to have experienced. I did notice that if I took both pills at once, I’d feel more anxiety. So I’d recommend spacing them out–one at breakfast, one at lunch. (Much later and the caffeine may affect your sleep; I was not a caffeine drinker, so the first night I was up for three hours. I did end up pairing with a nighttime fat burner.) I actually did feel a slight increase in hunger at first, but I suspect I was being spurred into calorie-burning–a good thing since my intake had been so low. Weeks later, I now don’t feel an increase in appetite. Please make sure you research fat burners so you know the facts, like their increase of cortisol, one of the body’s stress hormones. (I supplement Ashwaganda to decrease my cortisol–which also affects metabolism.) I’ll take it another month to see if perhaps I need to give it a bit more time.
