First found this product at Target. Then it was no longer available. Found it on Amazon, and opted for Subscribe and Save, just to keep it coming!!Excellent product! Combination of melatonin, theanine and GABA (all in relatively small doses) truly help, in the middle of the night, to stop the random earworm Kelly Clarkson or Gwen Stefani or Jelly Roll songs from playing over and over in your head, while simultaneously creating and recreating your To-Do list for the next day. Don’t know why, but it seems to work 98% of the time.Back to sleep, with no residual side effects.Hope this product never disappears from the line-up. It’s a virtual lifesaver for those of us who awaken in the dead of night and CANNOT get back to sleep!

This works really well to help fall asleep. I find that within half an hour the effects kick in. The dose seems a bit high, so I recommend starting with half. I have not tried it to fall back asleep but I understand it is intended to help with that too (you take more during the night if you have waking issues).

I wake up from time to time during the night and cannot go back to sleep. This supplement does help me most of time. The reason I like it is because it doesn’t leave me groggy or give me a headache in the morning. (Some sleep aides help me sleep, but I have a terrible headache in the morning.)

WORKED FASTER, BETTER THAN MELATONIN
Wow tried this last night and within 15 minutes had fallen back to sleep. I always fall immediately to sleep but don’t usually stay asleep. Once I wake up for the bathroom I’m sometimes up for the day and it sucks when your day starts at 3:00am! I’m not one to lay there and clock-watch. If I don’t fall back to sleep at least within an hour, I get up and come downstairs until I feel sleepy. I’ve tried melatonin but it can take over an hour to work, and sometimes it just doesn’t work at all cuz I can’t turn off my brain. If you’re like me and have trouble falling back to sleep, try this product.

These are the perfect in between solution for getting back to sleep. I’ve struggled with this for years but taking a real sleeping pill in the middle of the night would be a bad idea. You’ll only feel groggy if you take it like after 3am.

My complaint about the product is that it contains a small amount of sugar “for taste”, when that’s just the thing you want to avoid on your teeth right before bed.My biggest complaint isn’t about the product, but about the pricing. The shipping is more expensive than the product itself. This product should not be associated with Amazon Fresh. It’s a bottle of melatonin tablets, so I really don’t need a specific window of time to pick it up before it goes bad.Without the stupid shipping prices, this is a solid 4 star product. It’s definitely a bit on the pricey side even without the shipping when compared with other options. If either the price decreases or the tablet quantity increases meaningfully, and sugar is completely removed from the product, this would absolutely be a full 5-star product.

Helps to relax your mind
I like the way this made me feel relaxed. I took it about an hour before I took melatonin and it definitely helped me sleep easier. However, I don’t have insomnia. I have no idea if this would help with that. I just need a little help relaxing some nights so I can fall asleep. It worked well for that purpose. The taste is okay. I wasn’t expecting it to take like candy.
