I took this for 2 mos before my European travel this year. First time ever I did not get sick! I am immunocompromised due to RA meds and always get sick when traveling.Took away one star for the 3 pill dose – kind of a pain.

I was always so frustrated to have to swallow 4-6-8 pills per day in order to make up for some real quantity which can impact someone heavier than a cat! It bears no sense as in most cased the quantities are in milligrams and can easily be put into a pill. This product is close to perfect with regards to immune support! Finally: some Vitamin D in a does suitable for people over 50, the unbeatable combination of Zinc and Quercetine, plus added value with some other ingredients. So happy I found it! Wish they would make more products like this one!
