This a very good vitamin product. Even though they are not very small, they are easy to swallow. The supplement amount of each necessary vitamin is at a high percentage. It also has a list of organic fruit and vegetable blends that add to the nutritional value.

The blend of B vitamins in this vitamin makes me sleep like a baby. Being in menopause. Sleep can be elusive, but this is the best vitamin I’ve ever taken by far. I choose to take them in the evening because of how good I sleep when I do.

Good if you want to avoid iron
I like that the ingredients come from natural sources and that is does not contain drastically high daily values. While this is advertised as for women 50+, the ingredients are almost the same as the one for women. From what I can tell, the only difference is the one for women 50+ has no iron and the daily values are slightly different for some vitamins. I would recommend this one if you need to avoid iron or want to take a separate iron supplement.

Truly top-notch nutrients that the body can easily use
I have been searching for a vitamin with the right form of each nutrient from whole food sources that doesn’t contain mega-doses of anything — I finally found it!
