Great option for a kid who doesn’t like vitamins
I’ve had quite a challenge trying to find vitamins my child will take that I also approve of. Gummy vitamins come with their own issues, so I wasn’t a fan. We tried chewable tablets and powders and she did not like the taste of any of them. I figured it was time to try one she could just swallow. They are small capsules so it was very easy for her. I was so happy I no longer had to fight to get her to take vitamins!

Great supplement
I discovered this multivitamin after a long search. I have difficulty swallowing pills and these are easy to swallow and have a proper amount of ingredients to provide me with well balanced supplement. I take this with an additional vitamin C with zinc and another with Vitamin D, Calcium and Magnesium. I feel a big difference in my energy levels and only have to take 3 pills, a big plus for me

What orange flavor?
Orange flavor? There no orange flavor. They smell vile! They are large for a child to swallow. I was expecting something the size of an Advil. This was not it. Disgusting.

easy to swallow children’s vitamin! Love it.
My son HATES chewable and gummy vitamins. I tried another vitamin before this brand and we had to cut it into four pieces every morning for him to swallow it. And the recommended dose of that one was 3 per day! It was a pain in my butt and he hated it and would only take one instead of the recommended 3. That has ended with this vitamin! It’s so much easier. He swallows it easily and there are no complaints. One softgel is the recommended dose. Easy peasy! A huge bonus is that it has iron, but not so much that it results in constipation.

Horrible Taste and Smell!!!
My 10yo wanted an easy to swallow vitamin because she doesn’t like the texture of gummies. We thought this would be a great fit! We were especially excited about the “natural orange flavor and smell” – however, that is a HUGE FIB!!!! We opened the bottle and were literally blown away by the horrible vitamin odor – we put the cap back on right away but can still smell it in the room! She was able to swallow the capsule without a problem – except for the smell and taste – so we’ll see how long we can stick with it. Be cautious if you have a sensitive nose!

My 4 year old would not take any vitamins, we tried them all– liquid, powdered, chewable and even gummy. He refused to take them all. A few months ago, I taught him how to swallow a pill because of his allergies. Although this pill is considerably larger than half a zirtec pill (it’s about 5/8ths of an inch long) and the pill is brown. For some reason, the brown color was not attractive to my son. BUT, he was able to swallow it and it is now part of his morning routine. I’m very happy to have found these pills!

Easy to swallow, smells like vitamins. If your kid doesn’t get it down the first try it’s pretty nasty. Both my children swallow these with ease.
