Regular Bowel Movements
If you’re looking to get regular, this is it. I have struggled for years and one week on this and I am getting back to regular bowel movements. I started with one kn the first two nights, then moved up to 3 by the 4th day. 3 is the serving and it is perfect. Mild stomach cramping, but the outcome is worth it.

Cascara sagrada does work — but do not use the 4 at one time in a dose (as the bottle suggests) unless you have real bad constipation. For most uses, I do 1-2 and that is enough. While this stimulates, it is also good to use milk of magnesia at the same time to lubricate, as my doctor told me.

Amazing stuff! I have tried everything and this is by far the best poop product. The first couple of days I could not imagine where all the poop was coming from. The best thing is, it is not an emergency when you do have to go. Worth every penny!
