Green Tea benefits in capsule form
I’m interested in the wide variety of health benefits you can get from teas, especially the compounds contained in green tea that can reduce inflammation in some people. I had been drinking a cup of green tea daily since winter started, but ran out and got out of the habit. I was excited to run across this product that claims to contain all the same beneficial ingredients, but in capsule form. Recommended serving size is 3 capsules daily. They are on the larger side, which doesn’t bother me, but if you have trouble swallowing larger pills, I wouldn’t recommend this product. I take mine in the early afternoon…it does naturally contain some caffeine, so if you avoid stimulants like caffeine, I also wouldn’t recommend this.I’m very happy with the product. It came double quality sealed with a long shelf life left. The capsules are odorless and tasteless which surprised me. I thought they would taste like green tea, but they don’t. This formula is organic, non GMO, and free of common allergens. Nature’s Truth has a website I took a look at. There seems to be a lot of information, good transparency, and high standards for ingredients as well as safe manufacturing. I encourage you to do your own research, but they come across to me as a high quality trustworthy brand.

Benefits of Green Tea
If you do any research, you will find that there are so many benefits to drinking green tea. I try to drink at least a cup every day, but don’tn feel like that is enough, so I was excited to try this supplement when I found it.I will be honest, I don’t really feel/notice a difference when I am taking it, however, one of the benefits of green tea is the antioxidants and the help with removing toxins from our body, which is not necessarily something that I think most people actually “feel”, so while there is not a huge, noticeable difference, I do trust that it’s working to aid in my health.The pills are a little large, but not hard to swallow, and I don’t notice a taste that some mentioned.

Perfect for those who don’t drink tea normally
I always want to add green tea to my daily diet since it’s very healthy and natural. But I don’t like to drink tea since I’m a coffee person, so I found this green tea supplement works well for me. I don’t taste any tea flavor from it but can enjoy the benefit from the green tea. It’s a win win

I am reviewing the Nature’s Truth Green Tea Extract Capsules | 180 Count | 1800mg | 45% EGCG Pills | Non-GMO & Gluten Free SupplementThe first task when I receive one of these supplements is to evaluate whether the product I received matches the description made by the seller. I found no discrepancies between the seller’s description and what is printed on the bottle.Nature’s Truth is based in Bohemia, New York and is in good standing with the state. It has been an active entity for 10 years. In 2021, Nature’s Truth assumed an additional name, Horbaach Manufacturing and sells supplements under both names. I appreciate the transparency around the company background.

The product does not seem to work.
I bougt these because my previous brand was out of stock at the store where I buy them (CostCo). Not only are these more expensive, they also do not seem to work in giving me the caffein (I still feel sleepy), or the energy I need for my workout in the gym.

Good supplement and unusual ingredient combination
These green tea supplement pills came well packaged and sealed. The ingredients are good on paper except there is no third party review of this product.The bottle is labeled as “Packaged in the USA” but there is no indication where the actual ingredients are from. The pills were easy to swallow and had no taste or smell.Going by just the ingredients listed, this does have a fairly high dosage of green tea extract compared to competitors especially the antioxidant EGCG.Be aware there is also a small amount of caffeine in each dose of 3 pills.If they have these reviewed by a third party, I would buy more but until them I will stick with other products that have that feature.
