Love this!
My daughter had originally bought me this to see if it would help me fall asleep. It worked so great for me, had to purchase again. I love the scent, and spray it on my pillow every night. I find it relaxes and helps calm me to help me fall asleep. The scent lasts long and find after the first spray on my pillow I need to spray less nightly because there is still scent there. I definitely recommend this, especially for those that have issues falling asleep.

I bought quite a few essential oils that are supposed to help with sleep because I’ve been struggling to go to sleep and stay asleep for the past week and im ready to not feel like a zombie!! I let some friends know that I was going to do some more thorough reviews of different highly rated and inexpensive essential oil blends for sleeping so they don’t have to. If it’s of any interest to you, I’m also reviewing the other products I purchased at this time, so you can check out my other reviews if this is helpful: nature’s truth brand 2.4oz “good nite” scent; juniper mist brand 4oz “sleep smudge spray”; plant therapy brand 10ml roll on “sweet slumber” scent; gya labs everyday care brand 10ml roll on “bedtime” scent; maple holistics brand 10ml roll on “dream” scent; and woolzies brand 3x10ml “sleep tight collection.”The scent is very potent, which is great for a spray since you only need a little. The frankincense is the strongest note for me—so if you like that, you’ll be thrilled! I can Imagine it would be calming for many, maybe during a bath, reading, or just getting right into bed. Fiancé didn’t like the smell very much, but he didn’t like the earthiness. I would agree with the description above the topical use/yoga/aroma spray icons on the bottle—touch of citrus, earthy scent, would be good after a long day. I didn’t smell any coconut though it’s infused w coconut oil. Great for some! Good for me, but I’ll return it due to needing my fiancé to be okay with whatever scent I use (we share a bed) and there are some other scents I prefer.

Really works to put me to sleep
There was a lot of spillage in transit and half the bottle leaked out, but the product itself is really effective. I find that it makes it easier for me to fall asleep. I spray it on my pillows when I’m ready to go to bed and it really is relaxing.

This smells amazing!! 5 stars for scent and relaxation quality. But the screw top does leak. This will not stop me from ordering again though.

This is my go to on a work night. I work a very early shift ( we clock in at 3 a.m.) So I can’t afford to not get to sleep or back to sleep quickly. I spray a couple of spritzes on my neck immediately before I turn out the light. If I spray it on 10 minutes before I turn out the light, it doesn’t seem to work as well. This is why I spray it right before I turn out the light.I can mostly smell the lavender and then the mandarin orange. I was desperate when my local store quit carrying this and tried making my own from my personal essential oil collection but it wasn’t anywhere near as effective or relaxing, to be honest, I tried substituting tangerine because I didn’t have mandarin. I decided to just buy it already made.I checked Amazon and once again, Amazon came through for me. I am not exaggerating about how it helps me sleep. The only time it doesn’t help is when I have eaten too light of a lunch and I wake up hungry. I can’t over eat at dinner or that would create a cortisol surge and then I would be even worse off.I bought 3 bottles when I ordered this. I could use a single essential oil like ylang ylang or geranium but I seem to get the best sleep with this blend. I will keep buying it as long as they sell it or I get a job with better hours. I am not a night owl by nature.

Be careful
Whoever put my package together should know that this is beyond disappointing. The 2 bottles of this spray were just thrown in the box. Both were loose and leaked all over our Christmas gifts. The scent of this spray stinks. Don’t see how it would make u sleep.
