Personally, I think it’s a great vitamin and gives you energy
I personally think this is a great vitamin for someone in their 50s and it doesn’t have a funky taste and although it is large in size, I have no problem swallowing it. I personally think it gives you a little zest in your energy.

Great product! Love the energy!
I’ve been taking this vitamin for over a year and love the energy it gives me! I’m amazed at how fast my nails grow, too! Although it is a large pill, I have no problem swallowing it with water, nor have I noticed a bad odor or bad taste that others have commented about. If anything, I might get a faint whiff of “garden greens” and figure that’s just the healthy fruits and veggies! 🙂

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Very good quality of Vitamins, the only thing I took 1 star it’s because the side it’s to big for me, it’s not that easy if swallow. Other than that will be excellent!!

Good formula
I find this to be a very complete formula with all 8 B vitamins in a base of fruit and vegetables. You also have some unique herbs and mushroom micronutrients. Good formula for a good price. I have not had any of the “side effects” cited in the other reviews. Update: I just bought another bottle but IDK what happened in shipping….the box came crushed with the top open and the bottle was dented. The only reason I am keeping it is because the seal is intact. Not the best delivery job, Amazon!

I do feel more energetic with these in my supplement routine
I’m in my 60s, pretty active, and a vegan. I don’t necessarily eat the healthiest of diets. I finally decided to start taking a multi to fill in the gaps. I chose this brand and version based on what I have researched for my needs. I take this, B2, DHA for vegans, magnesium, and electrolytes (because I sweat a lot). I don’t always take these on a regular basis but I’m starting to realize I feel much more energetic when I do take these. They do have a bit of an aftertaste that I could do without and that’s probably why I don’t reach for them everyday. But, it’s not that bad, and I do feel better when I take them so that’s a small tradeoff.

Great Vitamins!
These vitamins are really complete, well balanced, and have good dosages of vitamins. They include a mix of fruit and veggies including mushrooms, as well as some digestive enzymes. I have never had an issue with any type of stomach upset. The pills are large, but they contain a lot and you only have to take one. And, the price is very reasonable! I have recommended them to friends and they were also pleased.
