Works well, goes on light but still highly moisturizing
I’ve been using this eye lotion for about 5 or 6 months because I’m getting a little older and I wanted to treat myself to something that keeps me looking nice. I’ve used other Neostrata products for at least 25 years — they were first introduced to me by a dermatologist. Most Neostrata lotions have no smell. Very little of their lotion is needed to show good results. The moisturizing quality is excellent. I use Neostrata Restore Eye Cream and Neostrata Restore Lotion after washing my face in the morning. Note: This lotion does not give me a rash (some do!) So, if you have sensitive skin and are looking for a new brand of lotion, you might want to try Neostrata.

Worth it
I’ve never been an eye cream person but this changed that. I thought it was pricey but when I saw how little product you actually need for just your eyes, I realized it was a deal. It doesn’t sting my eyes like other lotions do, and is firm enough for daytime use, unlike other lotions. The skin around my eyes is definitely brighter and seems more hydrated. And this one tube will last a while!

I have been using this for 2 week.
I was introduced to this product range by my Dermatologist who was removing a couple of moles.I had a few bumps above my eyebrow and asked about when I should have them removed. She said you don’t need to do so. Just use the PH15 cream and it will disappear. Its been three weeks as she gave me a sample then I ordered some more as it was actually working!! No idea why. So ordered the eye cream (8 days ago) and a couple other items. So far my lines which were getting worse have improved around my eyes and smile lines. Of course I don’t care to put a photo up but I am doing this review as I do believe if a product is actually working for me I will share. I am 55 years of age by the way.

It is ok I don’t see any difference at all as yet it has been weeks.

Feels moisturized, but no noticeable results, yet.
I have only used this for a week so I don’t expect to see noticeable results.I can only say that when I use it around my eyes, it does not cause any irritation on my sensitive skin.It does leave my skin feeling moisturized without an oily or greasy residue.At $54 I do find it high in price, so I hope to see some improvement soon.
