This pain cream smells great and soothes the sore, aching muscles, not like a pain pill might, but it will give you relief for about 15 or 20 minutes and it feels so good you forget about the pain and can relax. It’s a great product. Highly recommended. Will be purchasing again.

Got this for muscle and nerve pain, and wish I hadn’t. First off, it smells. Not like aspercream or Salonpas—those are fine, I’m used to those. It has a more bitter note, and I didn’t want to really deal with it, but wanted relief. Well, too bad, because it didn’t do anything! There was a slight cooling but nothing more, aside from a rash that I assume was from the arnica. If I just wanted cooling, I’d have bought something cheaper! And Amazon doesn’t allow returns on this item! Save your money, get Biofreeze or Salonpas or anything else instead!
