Not sure why but at 59 my face is really oily and greasy. I have tried numerous products and none of them worked. I use this morning and night after washing face. My forehead is never oily now and very smooth. There is no drying or redness when using this product. I plan to use every day and recommend this product. I’m really amazed how good it worked and took about a week to clear everything up.

I was recommended this product by my dermatologist, and I am extremely pleased with the results. I had really bad acne last year on my face and my arms and it started to get pretty painful. I started using it at night along along with another sap prescribed by my dermatologist, and after a little while of using it the difference is extremely noticeable! I get very stubborn cystic hormonal acne. And I’m talking once it’s there, it’s not leaving for a month, minimum! You can’t pop them, the “patches” don’t work, nothing. I’ve struggled with this since I was a teenager, and yes now I’m 29. I’ve finally found a routine that works for me. If you’re struggle with adult hormonal acne keep reading below and try this method out! I promise, you’ll see results. If it worked for me it will work for anyone. Start with a cleanser, I use Cetaphil gentle clear cream cleanser, I also use a PM clean brush to apply it. I follow up with Peter Thomas Roth Firm X peeling gel and after that, I’ll apply this Neutrogena stubborn acne cream to all effected areas. By morning, they’re 80% gone. One more dose the next day and they’re 100% gone. After you have used the Neutrogena stubborn acne cream long enough for the acne to disappear stop using it until you need it again. Instead, replace it with a good moisturizer and preferably a vitamin c and rose hip oil. The cream is great but it is drying and your skin will need some rejuvenating. You can get all of these products (excluding the firm x peel gel) for under $30! Yes including the oil.

This acne cream was ok :/ I have had lots of problems with acne being in-between my brow and staying there for months at a time .I bought this because I love this brands acne products and wanted to try a new one , I applied this easily but if it wasn’t 100% rubbed in it would flake , I would recommend this but I would only use it when I’m staying home so it wouldn’t look like. I had bits of skin flaking .
