These aren’t chewable. You swallow them, there is no taste. I like to take them with a milk product to help wash them down. I have been taking these for a couple years now. I know they work because if I get a cold, I will only have it for a couple days. If I start not feeling well, it will only last a couple days while other people are down for 7 to 10 days.

I actually liked this vitamin for daily use but I will say the serving size should be only one pill. The vitamin amount for two pills surpasses the safe max limit in a few like Zinc. That’s where some people report nausea because too much zinc leads to stomach issues. By taking one a day you still get more than you need to support your immune system but at a safe limit. I took this when I was sick and it made my cold go away a lot faster. Definitely recommend at one a day.

I sware by this stuff! I deal with sick people all the time and this stuff keeps my immune system healthy! I get sick when I dont take it! Awesome stuff. I’ve paid as low as $22 but just paid $34. kind of expensive but worth it.. Hate being sick!

Great ingredients to maintain immune support
I have enjoyed my immune booster support. It has helped prevent me getting sick as I started to get a cold due to not taking it. I believe the elderberry in it is very helpful. Once I started again the cold dissipated. I feel the pricing is adequate for the amount you get. I’m a regular subscriber and will continue to maintain my subscription. Recommended dosage two (2) capsules a day.

Dry mouth/dry burning throat
I started taking it a few weeks ago and noticed it gave me a dry mouth even at just one pill a day. I wasn’t sure at first, but when I increased to the recommended two pills a day, I developed a dry, burning throat. Unfortunately, the return window has already passed—so I guess that money is just wasted.
