My new favorite calcium supplement!
I am a big believer that everyone could use some supplements. Calcium being one of them…HOWEVER! There is too much calcium fortification in our everyday foods. You are supposed to have calcium and MAGNESIUM for the calcium to work FOR your body and not AGAINST it – yes, calcium without a magnesium balance can cause you health problems. Google it. Anyway, I find these tiny tablets very easy to take compared to some of the larger horse size pills out there. I give them to my whole family. It has a good balance of calcium, magnesium, vitamin D, etc, that work cohesively together for a supplement that gives you what you are paying for. I also want to point out something to everyone that gets upset by having to take their calcium doses either 2 per meal equaling 6 per day or 3 tablets twice a day. You cannot take your calcium dose in one pill per day or all at once. Your body cannot process it all at once and you will urinate out what it cannot make use of at that time. Or it can be hard on the kidneys and without magnesium to balance it out, you run the risk of kidney stones over time. Just like you cannot get what you need for the day in one big meal in the morning, you must spread out your meals throughout the day, the same goes for this supplement. That is why most calcium supplements have you space it out. Just deal with that fact. If a calcium supplement has you take one pill for the day & tells you that is it, think twice about it.I was taking Jarrow Bone up, which I still love, but they are big pills, and my kids, while being good at taking them, were struggling with the size. These little pills work well for us. But if the price puts you off, go check out Jarrow, also a good quality brand.

Plant based and easy to swallow
This is plant based calcium, which I must take daily for the rest of my life after having parathyroid removed. Plant based calcium avoids the problem of developing kidney stones. I have difficulty swallowing, and these are small enough to get down easily.

These tablets are truly tiny & easy to swallow. And they’re organic calcium citrate as well which are very hard to find. After having to throw away so many others that are called mini but were still hard to swallow I’m so glad that I have found these.Will update this review after next bone density evaluation.

I like the fact that Bone Strength Take Care comes from a whole-Food Plant Source which is easy to digest and dissolve than regular Calcium from Limestone. Besides Calcium, it has Magnesium, Vitamin D3 and Vitamin K2. I found it to be a good substitute but is a little more Pricey than others. Since I don’t have any problems with my Bones I only take 1 tablet daily even though the Suggested use is three tablets dailyThis is not a Tiny Tablet, although I don’t know how big were the old ones. I have no problems swallowing them and I have been doing it for the past several months. I have ordered Bone Strength many times not only for me, also for my Family, another good thing about Bone Strenght is 100% Vegetarian, No Artificial Flavors or Colors naturally Gluten Free, it does contain Fermented Soy. New Chapter makes this product and the other Bone Strength supplement “Slim Tabs”. I have purchased both and would recommend them to anyone. This calcium supplement contains not only calcium, but magnesium, Vitamin D3, and vitamin K to help one obtain the maximum absorption of nutrients. New Chapter also uses organic “Whole Foods” to produce their vitamins. This ensures a quality product. I don’t even take the 6 tabs that this product recommends. My daughter loves swallowing these calcium tabs versus the chewable calcium. One thing to remember – You need 6 tabs of this Bone strength version to equal 3 tabs of the New Chapter Slim tab Bone Strength supplement. Either product is great and will be effective. This takes care of muscle cramps, back spasms, foot cramps, and when my teeth start to “hurt”. I take a couple of these tabs and the aches go away within a half hour. Please realize that I am accounting from my personal experience and am not recommending this product to cure pain in general. This has just worked for my family and me. I highly recommend this product and Amazon has the best price.
