These vitamins are Great! I’m not an avid health person, and even though i have these I forget to take them sometimes. But they really do help!Growing up my parents always got the cheap-o-grande vitamins from Walmart or wherever else. And I never felt any better or seemed to show any signs that they did anything for me. A health food person told me to try these because the cheap ones at the local Walmart are synthesized vitamins and that your body has trouble absorbing them. But since these vitamins are from actual foods and things that are organic your body can absorb them so much easier. So I tried them. Needless to say, I love them!When I was a kid and would start to get an ear infection, cold, etc. my mom would give me the cheap vitamins and I never ever felt like they did anything. So for the longest time I stopped taking vitamins because I felt like they were a waste of money.Fast forward to now…I got married and a couple years later my wife became pregnant. She was taking cheap vitamins that were making her really sick. So we got her some of the New Chapter Prenatals. She really liked them because they didn’t make her sick. So a few months later I was on the verge of a full blown ear infection (you know how they kinda sneek up on you and you feel like you can’t do anything about it). So she asked me to take a couple of her New Chapter Prenatal vitamins. FYI..they’re just super strength vitamins (I didn’t turn into a woman or anything)…so I did just to appease her. Now, understand that at this point I was very skeptical of vitamins across the board and when I saw how much these cost it was a big deal to get them…had it not been that my wife needed them so that she wouldn’t get sick all the time I would have never purchased these. Also, I’m not saying that these will work the same way for anyone else, I’m just telling what happened to me. So I took a couple of the vitamins, and a couple days later all the pain and swelling was gone! It nipped it before the ear infection had a chance to get to full force awefullness!Since then I have started purchasing the New Chapter Every Man’s One Daily (It was awkward telling other people that I was taking Prenatals. They’d give me that look like I was going to grow boobs or something). They have really helped keep me healthier (Even though I fail to take them everyday)!
