High quality daily vitamin that even my 2 doctors approve of…
Post-Op surgery, I have 2 chronic (but improved status) diagnoses that require a high quality daily vitamin to enhance the efficacy of my prescription medications, for long term optimal over all health. My two doctors (addressing two different issues) had 2 different, but specifically emphasized vitamins they required for me to take on a long term basis. To complicate things further, they each had specific levels of maximum milligrams for some of the OTHER ingredients included in my intended daily vitamin. Each doctor was specific about their concern of correct levels of potency for some of the other included vitamin/ingredients. This product met all of both my doctors’ requirements highs/lows of individual ingredients without conflicting each doctor’s priorities. I’m feeling progressively better & better overall as the months pass, since procedures, and taking this daily vitamin. I feel very confident that this high quality vitamin in the correct dosing required by both my doctors has been a large part of my continuing progress. I plan to indefinitely continue with this daily high quality vitamin product. PS: both doctors are pleased with my progress, and the repeated lab results are matching both their expectations towards my optimal recovery.

Good quality, but always LOTS of broken pills
Having a hard time deciding how exactly to review this product. On one hand, I do think they are really great quality and I admit they make me feel more energized! So I definitely do recommend them. However, there are a few things to note:1. In my opinion, they’re not the greatest smelling. In fact, they don’t smell good to me at all. So if that’s important to you, it’s something to consider – but to each their own!2. They are quite large and not totally rounded. They do have “edges” on them which, for a pill of this size, can make it difficult to swallow. (See photos)3. The bottles I order from Amazon have literally always had SEVERAL broken pills. By several, I mean maybe 10 out of the 96. Ordinarily, that wouldn’t be an issue for solid pills. You’d just take two of them that appear to make a whole when put together. However, these pills are pretty big and when they are broken the broken edge is like jagged sandpaper. So swallowing two halves to make a whole is actually pretty painful. If losing 10% of your pills to breakage or taking painful halves doesn’t bug you, then obviously no worries! Just something to know in advance. A simple fix from the manufacturer would be to stuff cotton, etc into the bottle on top of the pills to keep them from rattling around and breaking during transport. (See last photo)4. Unfortunately, as you can see in my video, my last bottle arrived totally broken. The pills now have a VERY mottled appearance, as moisture got to them during shipping since they were exposed to air the whole time. They were very poorly protected inside the Amazon box and, as I said, there’s no cotton or anything inside the bottle itself to absorb impact and keep pills from breaking, so I’ve got a $50 bottle of vitamins that I can’t take now (See video)Bottom line: I think these are GREAT vitamins if you’re cool with big pills that are a little smelly. However, I would perhaps suggest that you get them from another source like a local market or another online retailer with better packaging so as to avoid some of the pill breakage and (as in my case) bottle breakage issues. So my 4-star rating is based on the product – NOT on the packaging/shipping issues (which is honestly a 1-star, but doesn’t reflect the quality of the product itself).I hope this is helpful!

SMALL pill, BIG impact
I have taken this brand for over 20 years. I swear by them. But I got tired of the huge horse pills a few years ago so I switched to taking numerous, exact, targeted vitamins. They were smaller and easier to swallow, but it turned out to be a nauseating number of pills daily. Now that I’m 40+, and reevaluating my care routines, I came back to check these out and I am SOOOOO glad I did. The pills are smaller and have the same great effectiveness that I remember. Because of this very reliable multivitamin, I am taking far fewer vitamin pills daily now – 8 instead of *way* too many. Totally manageable. And, in the words of the great Nina Simone, I’m feeling good.

I have more energy and focus. I decided to take them first thing in the morning and so far my energy levels have been better without drinking coffee. Urine color will change to yellow.

From some reviews I decided to try half a pill a day then upped to one a day. I noticed I had more motivation and energy in the mornings! No stomach upset like some have posted. My bottle wasn’t broken like some had happen. I will be reordering when needed.
