This is absolutely delicious, especially when cold, so I put mine in the refrigerator when they come in. I can’t stop eating them!! I got through these like crazy!! Not only this flavor but most of the others as well!! You can’t go wrong with these!!! Enjoy these!!!

Sorry I will be honest but,I have been eating them right before I got pregnant and it prevented me to have constipation, I had great bowels movement, also helped me with energy in the morning and was a quick easy take if I had nausea.I still use them post partum, iykyk.If you want an idea of the taste, it’s a smooth fruity flavor, not too sweet. The texture can be a little chalky at first but end up being smoothly like afterwards. The ingredients are clean and simple, I really swear by this product. The only downside would be the price !
