Must have for all levels of athleticness
Honestly these saved my husband and I while training/running for both the Shamrock Half Marathon and the Ukrops 10K. Neither of us are elite athletes but could definitely tell a difference when we used these vs not. Plus they literally taste like candy. Just bought another box as the hubby is training for a full marathon. I am not, but will continue to use these to improve my enjoyment of active activities!

I’m ambivalent.
I’m ambivalent. I haven’t noticed anything great enough for a rebuy; as far as an energy boost is considered. I’m going to keep it around for blood sugar crashes though, and it tastes pleasant. Maybe its purpose IS only to rescue blood sugar crashes though. Still, it’s only getting three stars because it is pricey.
