Still a little too early to tell if it has made a positive impact on me, but so far I have been feeling more “healthy”, my nails are a lot stronger, my hair looks shinier in combination with my other products, I ABSOLUTELY hate taking pills and these pills are a bit on the bigger side for me with a bit of the “medicinal” taste, but it is absolutely doing it’s job.

I like these so far. I am usually sensitive to multivitamins with nausea, but these seem to be easy on the system.The ‘extra strength’ version is 2 pills per day. It is actually the same ingredients per pill as the regular one a day version.Order extra strength and take one per day for a discount.
