Excellent product. One of the few on the market that allows you to titrate as needed, but start with the lowest dose of 1.5mg per gummy. Gummies are delicious and sugar free (small amount of sugar alcohol, xylitol). But, in terms of quality of ingredients, these are some of the best I’ve found on the market, along with Nature Made.

I’ve been using the Nordic Naturals Zero Sugar Melatonin Gummies for a few months now, and they have truly been a game changer for my sleep routine. One of the most important aspects for me is that these gummies are zero sugar, which is a must since my partner is insulin resistant.The 1.5 mg dosage of melatonin per gummy is perfect. Many other supplements on the market have much higher dosages (5-10 mg), which can be more than what is natural for your body and might disrupt your natural melatonin production. This moderate dosage helps us fall asleep without waking up groggy, which is something we’ve struggled with in the past.The raspberry flavor is fantastic. We look forward to taking them each night. The texture was a bit surprising at first – a little different from typical gummies – but we’ve come to enjoy it and even call it our bedtime treat.These gummies have consistently supported our ability to fall asleep easily each night and wake up feeling refreshed. I’m about a month in and these have increased my sleep by over a full hour on my whoop strap tracker.Unbelievable how well these work for me personally.I was averaging 6HRS and 25M sleep the first night before taking 1 gummy, in the next seven days I increased to 8HRS and 22M on a 9HR sleep… Almost all of my sleep was considered deep/REM/Light with only about 40 minutes awake from bathroom visits etc… Insane change in a week.It has normalized over the next two, almost three weeks. I net gained about an hour more of useful sleep per night on average and that’s life changing for me. I’m so close to 8HRS average these days and that feels light years ahead of 6HRS or a bit less.Everyone is different, if you’re on the fence I can only say these have been akin to magic for me. Best Melatonin I’ve ever used.
If you require help getting to sleep, these gummies are the best. I use them nightly.It was hard to believe 1.5 mg. would have any benefit at all, especially since double the dose of another brand was spotty at best and gave me weird, unpleasant dreams when it did work. I tried Nordic Naturals on a physician’s recommendation and could not be more pleased with the results. The flavor is very sweet, like eating a piece of candy, but they are absolutely sugar free and there is no artificial aftertaste. I don’t even chew them; I let them dissolve, which happens rapidly.The dose is so low that another gummy may be taken, if needed, without any reservation.I love this product and I never say that. These melatonin gummies really have improved my health.

The item arrived promptly and seems to work pretty well. I think it works better if you take it consistently. The first night, I woke up wide awake in the middle of the night. I was tempted not to take it again, but I didn’t want to waste the whole bottle. It seems to be in my system now after a couple of weeks and I have only awakened in the middle of the night one other time. The taste is very, very sweet even though the bottle says no sugar.
