Best Multi Out There
This is an excellent Multi-Vitamin that, in my experience, not only provides extra vitamins, but also adds some fat burning to the party. The MCT oil & Alpha Lipoic Acid in this is what helps with a little boost of energy & fat burning. It’s nowhere close to a dedicated fat burner, but of course every little bit helps. It’s also one of the only multi-vitamins I’ve ever found that has ZMA included, which saves me from buying it elsewhere and justifies my purchase even further!A good tip for you is to space out your dosage to just one pill per meal instead of all 3 at once. The serving size for all of the benefits listed on the bottle is 3 pills, but if you take them all at once, you’ll mostly just urinate out much of the vitamins. Best recommendation is to take one pill with breakfast, lunch, & dinner so you space out the benefits of this multi-vitamin and don’t waste it. I’ve found the best results by doing that and feel that’s the reason I can support this product so much.

Very comprehensive ingredient list!
Really good multivitamin for active folks needing the massive amount of vitamin B(12). Also includes, tribulus, selenium, maca and vitamin K. These are things are rarely present in other men’s multivitamins. Other reviewers commented on the pills coming broken in the bottle, I did not experience this. The only thing that keeps me from giving 5 stars is the price, too high for just a 30 day supply. Another great option is the Life Force multi which is a 45 supply for about the same price. That product also has a great list of ingredients and also provides B12 as methylcobalamin. Either choice is good and they both really stand out among the others for having a broad ingredient list.

The formula has a solid mix of vitamins and amino acids, which makes it a good fit for active people. I have been taking it for a few weeks with no side effects and energy levels feel steady.Good option if you want a more complete multivitamin and do not mind the number of pills.

Solid ingredients and CAPSULES!!!!
What I love about these is 1) the ingredient profile is pretty solid. Tribulus isn’t really needed for me, but hey its in there. 2) You aren’t just taking one pill, that your only absorbing half of the ingredients in. 3) They are liquid gels, so they are broken down A LOT easier in the stomach and you get more from the product. Hard coated single pill vitamins just don’t absorb as easy and your really getting only about half if not less of the ingredients on the list due to the lack of breakdown of the pill in your system. These are a nice cheap way to make sure you are meeting your needs.

ENERGY BOOST
I have tried using different “sports” multivitamins and have always gotten good results. The difference with this one is that I get more energy with this for the fraction of the cost of the other brands out there. I have been using this for about 4 months now but will probably keep using this indefinitely as it is the best value sports multivitamins out there. These come in the form of softgels which makes it a lot easier to swallow.
