I think its working?! I purchased this for a few reasons, and I can’t exactly note that I feel anything different. The placebo effect is very common with any OTC supplement, so be sure to take a months worth before determining if its “working” or you experienced “the placebo effect”.The reasons I took this, and hope its living up to these tasks:Supports muscle growth and repairSupports kidney functionEnhances athletic performanceLowers blood pressureI am 53 and tend to have slightly elevated blood pressure, and I work out 5 days a week. I need a little boost and I’ll keep you posted, I’ve been taking this for almost 2 weeks and nothing noteworthy to report. There is a taste since its not coated, so you’ll want to swallow that pill down quickly. Its not a horrible flavor, just tangy.

Huge pill, got to be careful taking it or you might choke. The manufacturer should’ve smoothen the outside to allow easy swallow with water. Effects? It’s suppose to increase nitric oxide which promotes pliability of blood vessels. I don’t know yet. I take it to supplement my BP medication.

Its a good, essential protein and it is effective as the content described. My arms become more stronger after taking this. Size of the tablet is big and its taste is okay, not at all bad like many described. I am taking two to three tablet daily, mostly two. You need to take 10 to 14 days to see the effect. I am not sure about the sexual benefits, may be it has some impact. This tablets along with other protein supplements are pretty good for gym. I have read some bad review as well because there is always exceptions, you may fall under that category so always buy less or combined purchase and test them. I am satisfied with the product.
